The Future of Business Starts here. To empower Philadelphia youth ages 10-25 to stop violence and build structure. We are determined to continue pushing boundaries and making an impact in our community.

MISSION

  • Workforce Development: Prepare participants for employment in creative industries, manufacturing, and small business sectors
  • Secondary Objectives: Foster creativity and self-expression through design and brandingbuild financial literacy and business acumen
  • Create peer support networks and positive role models strengthen family and community connections

Primary Objectives: Violence Prevention: Provide structured, engaging alternatives to street involvement through meaningful skill development and mentorship Economic Empowerment: Equip youth with practical business skills and entrepreneurial mindsets to create sustainable income opportunities.

Community Development: Strengthen West Philadelphia's economic ecosystem through youth-led enterprises and increased local business activity.
